Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (rate calculated at checkout).
• Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available in your area).
• Free shipping promotions will be applied automatically when eligible.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Delays
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control (weather, carrier delays, customs, etc.).
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered, Zee Swim is not responsible for lost packages.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally. Delivery times and rates vary depending on the destination. Customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
